Robert S. Latimer

Robert is an effective relationship builder, and problem solver, with 32 plus years of experience involving; land acquisition, non-environmental permitting, community relations and working across teams to resolve issues. Robert has experience in people leadership in both operational and project settings. He also brings demonstrated skills in regulatory compliance, emergency preparedness, incident response and public awareness / damage prevention related to regulated pipelines.  Robert currently holds a Nebraska Real Estate Salesperson License 20210681, Iowa Real Estate Salesperson License S70943000, and is a Nebraska General Notary.
